Applying for an E2 visa
- Apply for an E2 visa through the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) if you are already lawfully staying in the U.S.
- A nonimmigrant visa that allows foreign investors to live in the United States. It’s available to eligible citizens of countries that have a trade treaty with the United States.
- Apply for an E2 visa through the U.S. Embassy or Consulate abroad if you are outside the U.S.
- DS-160 and upload a photo
- Complete the DS-156E
- Pay the visa fee
